Our bridal concierge is the bride's personal assistant on the wedding day. She focuses on making sure the bride has everything she needs, and does not worry about a thing while getting ready. She handles those details most people would forget, such as making sure the bride is the last one to get her hair and makeup done, or eats enough time before the ceremony, or captures little moments with her mother and her bridal party on her phone. She is there to make sure the bride enjoys those little moments that go by too fast, and she serves as a point of contact between the family, and the wedding planner.
Our Bridal Concierge is that fairy God mother that makes sure the bride's smallest desires are met. She is the trusted liaison that can hold the other vendors accountable, making sure the wedding day timeline is followed and nothing is left behind. Whether it is steaming the bridal gown, gathering the bride's accessories, and assist with styling the room and get it ready for the photographer and the videographer, she will handle it with professionalism and grace.
Wedding days are emotional, and your bridal concierge will acknowledge every emotions you will experience, creating that safe space for you to express them and provide the support you need while ensuring that the natural disruptions of wedding days go unnoticed.

Service Highlights:
- Styling consultation
- 1 bridal concierge on wedding day
- Attendance of last dress fitting to learn bustle and dress specific details
- Be the point of contact between bride and wedding planner
- Provide wedding night packing list
- Provide wedding day styling checklist and provide reminders throughout the whole experience
- Gather and pack up the bridesmaids' belongings in case no one can return to the location
- Care of the bride’s personal belonging and hand them as needed
- Create safe space for bride to be emotionally vulnerable
- Gather bride's personals and style room to make it "photo ready”
- Collect personal florals from florist/designer
- Follow wedding day timeline and cue specific vendors
- Coordinate hair and make-up schedule with bridal party
- Coordinate any food deliveries and set up and clear all meals
- Assist bride with dressing and putting on accessories
- Check on groom and groomsmen
- Facilitate the wedding-day gift exchange between the bride and groom

ARE WE A MATCH?
We hired Grace for day of coordination since we were doing most of the planning on our own. We had meetings every few months to check in and she would offer suggestions or recommend vendors if we needed them. Her questions helped us perfect our vision and she made sure we didn't forget anything. For the day of the wedding, Grace and her team finalized set up. coordinated the vendors, and made sure things were running smoothly and on time. Throughout the whole process she was very professional and easy to communicate with. Thank you, Grace, for helping our vision come to life!
